Tanda Owens has had a remarkable 25-year career in law enforcement, making significant contributions to the Detroit Police Department and its community. She has excelled in fostering community partnerships, neighborhood development, and conflict resolution. Tanda supports low-income single mothers and advocates for renters’ homeownership to foster generational wealth. She’s committed to ongoing professional development in areas like Cultural Diversity and Community Policing.
Tanda Owens is an extraordinary, retired Law Enforcement Professional, community advocate, and compassionate landlord. She is a Real Estate Investor with a Professional Real Estate License and a Home Inspector license, both issued by the State of Michigan. Her service, leadership, and commitment to transforming lives have impacted the law enforcement field and the community she serves.

Horace Williams Jr.
Horace Williams Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Global Educational Solutions LLC, a Certified Life Coach, and an Educational Consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in educational leadership and technical training. He has a proven track record in driving innovation, fostering creativity, and implementing effective educational technology solutions.
Horace possesses extensive knowledge of the K-12 educational system, with a deep understanding of culture and climate, diverse learning styles, and student development needs. He is skilled in analyzing, assessing, and evaluating public-school data, with a talent for engaging toplevel district leaders, including Superintendents, District Office Personnel, School Board Members, and Principals. Horace is committed to enhancing school curriculum and creating optimal learning environments, and he is a dedicated professional with a passion for improving educational outcomes

Rebeca Dioso
Rebecca Dioso is an experienced Human Resources leader and Change Management professional. She is the founder of Casarsa HR Consulting LLC where she has assisted small to mid-size organizations in creating and implementing strategic HR solutions. With more than two decades of corporate HR experience at global organizations like KPMG, Oracle, General Electric, Aramark, Schering-Plough (Merck) and Chrysler, as well as very large, privately-held family companies, Rebecca is adept at communication and communicating change.
She has created and refined HR processes, including complete deconstruction and rebuilding of human capital management systems, employee benefit offerings, organizational restructurings as well as multiple mergers and acquisitions.

His impressive track record includes successful leadership in educational programs, non-profit initiatives, and business training.
Known for his exceptional ability to manage, train, and mentor teams, Michael Thomas consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. With expertise in organizational goal setting, budget management, and onboarding processes, he has made significant contributions to various organizations. Michael Thomas has a strong background in community service, developing partnerships, and government relations, further enhancing his impact as a leader in the field.
